The Brief
TrawsCymru, Wales’ long-distance bus network, hosted its annual Operator Forum in Wrexham, bringing together transport operators, government representatives, and key stakeholders from across Wales. The two-day event focused on collaboration, innovation, and the continued improvement of public transport services.
TrawsCymru partnered with Tantrwm, a leading event production company in Wales, to deliver a complete event filming and production solution. The brief included sound, staging, and lighting, as well as professional photography and corporate video production.
In addition to managing live event logistics, Tantrwm was tasked with producing a 2.5-minute highlight film that would capture the energy and professionalism of the forum — creating engaging visual content for future marketing, presentations, and social media.

Our Approach
Tantrwm provided a three-person crew to manage all aspects of live event production, ensuring seamless delivery across sound, lighting, and stage design. Our team created a bespoke setup tailored to the venue in Wrexham, enhancing both the atmosphere and the visibility of speakers throughout the forum.
Over the two days, we delivered event photography and video interviews with delegates, organisers, and speakers, using high-end camera and audio equipment to ensure broadcast-quality results.
Following the event, our in-house production team will craft a 2.5-minute event highlights film, combining dynamic visuals, interviews, and branded motion graphics. This professional video will provide TrawsCymru with a powerful communications tool to showcase the success of their Operator Forum.
