WordPress is very user-friendly with even the most ardent technophobe picking up how to use it relatively easily.
And to make the most of the website you want to be updating it regularly, informing your clients of the latest developments (which has the knock on effect of boosting your search engine ranking).
We run a 3 hour training session for up to 4 staff members teaching exactly that.
Standard Training
Training topics may include:
- How to create, edit and remove a page
- How to create, edit and remove a post
- Adding and editing links within pages/posts
- Managing media on the website (such as images, videos and PDFs)
- Editing the menu
We’ve had fantastic results with our training, having had tradesmen who consider themselves barely computer literate walk away surprised at how quickly they’ve managed to pick it all up. Even updating their website using their smart phone!
Standard training which includes all of the above costs £175.
Advanced Training
If you have the Premium hosting package we can also teach you how to:
- Create and remove email redirects / mailboxes
- Set up an email address in your mail client software (you will need access to the device you want to add your emails to during training – i.e. bring your laptop or tablet with you)
We also offer training for the more advanced WordPress user, covering:
- Creating, editing and removing image sliders
- Using the SEO software to it’s full potential
- Managing themes and plugins
- Creating bespoke web forms
- Creating bespoke online learning platforms
The final training we offer is how to make the most of social media and analytics:

- How to use Google Analytics
