Have a nap…. Zzzzzzzzzzz!

If you are knackered, have a nap. If you’re tired, you won’t be productive and you’re liable to make mistakes. A 15 minute nap will leave you invigorated and ready to tackle the task at hand.

If you’re an employer, if your staff are tired, tell them to have a kip. They’ll probably get more done by the end of the the day than if they continue slaving away keeping their eyes open with matchsticks.

Productivity is measured in the amount of work that gets done. Not the amount of time you spend working.

The nature of our business means that we are used to late nights and early mornings. We know the power of a good 20 minute sleep. So much so we have a dedicated snooze zone!
