People 1st has extensive knowledge of the tourism sector and were able to identify a need to improve the level of service offered by Taxi drivers They recognised the need and wanted to  help drivers with knowledge and enable them to obtain  new standards and a qualification.

People 1st, were looking for a new way to educate front-line employees such as bar staff, to recognise how waste impacts the whole business. Together with Tantrwm, they created “Think 1st” an ingenious app that helps the hospitality industry drive down waste and improve profit margins.
